Forum Guidelines

Welcome to the MBFC Forum.
  1. Your first 10 posts will be moderated by our administrators and some facilities such as private messaging will not be available until you have made 10 posts.
  2. Our aim here is provide a forum for discussion about Michael's career and for fellow fans to meet up and make new friends.
  3. The guidelines are pretty simple - we do not discuss Michael's private life or any subject that might be considered sensitive, such as personal information and medical issues. These are private matters for Michael and under no circumstances are to be discussed here.
  4. Please do not post rumours or information from unofficial sources without checking with the administrators first - this prevents a lot of misunderstandings and can save a lot of disappointment if a rumour about a concert or something turns out to be untrue.
  5. Please be polite to your fellow board members - our motto is to treat others as you would want to be treated yourself - this means no personal insults or bad language. Any such posts will be edited or removed.
  6. We do not allow advertising on our Forum unless you have prior permission from one of the moderators. This includes Michael-related or non-related items and Ebay listings. We also do not allow advertising of other websites without our prior permission. Likewise, we must remind you to be aware of copyright laws and have a strictly no boot-legging policy. This means you must not advertise to sell or swap videos or audio recordings that may be copyrighted by someone else.
  7. Please do not use this forum to criticse other websites, artists or fellow fans.
  8. You are welcome to post off topic subjects but we do ask that you mark your topic as either OFF or OT. Please do not post any remarks that could be construed as offensive by other readers of the site.
  9. Please don't post personal information about yourself such as telephone numbers - remember that anyone anywhere can read your message so from a security point of view this is only sensible. There is a private message system that people can use to contact you, or you can post your email address. When posting photos please make sure you have the permission of the photographer and any fans that are included. We would ask that you pay special regard to photos that include children - permission must be obtained from the parent or guardian before posting on the forum.
  10. Remember this is a FAN CLUB forum and as such we expect messages to be supportive of Michael and his career.
