Help
HI GUYS.
I HAVE HIT A ROUGH PATCH WITH MY M.E, AND THEN ON MONDAY I HURT MY BACK,AGONY.
WHICH HAS TRIGGERED OFF SCIATICA IN MY LOWER BACK,I HAVE CONSTANT PAIN FROM HEAD TO FOOT THAT'S ONE OF MY M.E. SYPTIONS,
BUT THIS IS AWFUL AND IS MAKING ME TEARFULL,I HAVE A CONSTANT BATTLE EVERY DAY WITH THIS,AS OTHER PEOPLE ON HERE WILL UNDERSTAND.
i JUST WISH I COULD FIND SOME THING THAT WILL HELP EASE THE PAIN,PAINKILLERS DO NOT WORK FOE ME,THEY JUST UPSET MY TUMMY AND MAKE ME FEEL SICK,
I HAVE TRIED A TEENS MACHINE,HOT PADS (ONE'S WHICH YOU STICK ON THE BACK)AND HOT WATER BOTTLES,EVEN ACUPUNCTURE IN THE PAST AND THE NEEDLES HURT
GOING IN, THAT I HAD TO STOP THAT,WHAT i DONT UNDERSTAND WITH THIS IS WHY I CANT FIND ANYTHING THAT HELPS,MICHAEL'S VOICE IN MY HEADPHONES IS A GREAT
COMFORT TO ME AND I WOULD GIVE ANY THING TO HAVE HIM WALK INTO MY MICHAEL HOME AND GIVE ME ONE OF HIS WONDERFUL SMILES,( A LADY CAN DREAM CANT SHE)
I AM SORRY TO MOAN LIKE THIS,AND TO SOUND OFF TO YOU GUYS.I KNOW IN TIME THE BACK PAIN WILL PASS,BUT I JUST NEED SOME THING TO MAKE ME SMILE AT THE
MOMENT.THANKS FOR LISTENING GUYS.NOW BACK ON WITH THE HEADPHONES WHILE I GET SOME LUNCH.

I have suffered with back problems since 1982,you have my sympathy,that is bad enough but added to your other problems you must feel terrible.I do hope you will feel better soon.

I'm really sorry to hear you are suffering with back pain. I've never had that problem but my love and best wishes are with you that it clears up soon. Keep taking the Michael medicine and I am sending you a very gentle hug.

WENT TO THE DOCTOR'S TODAY AND I HAVE A TRAPPED NERVE IN MY BACK
